What the fee covers
Course materials, lecture and discussion sessions, stationery, field visits and excursions, official transport, refreshments and a light lunch.
Laptop or tablet
Every delegate attending a scheduled course receives a brand new laptop or tablet at no extra cost.
Payment
Fees may be paid in US dollars, pounds sterling, euros, South African rand, Kenya shillings or any other convertible currency. We accept wire or telegraphic transfers, traveller's cheques, bank-guaranteed cheques and cash.

Group enrolments receive a discount. Contact us for details.
Tailor-made courses
We schedule tailor-made courses to suit a client's needs, on dates and at times agreed with the client.
Flexible timing
We agree the dates of each course with the participant or client. If the dates first agreed no longer suit you, we arrange another time.
Location
Courses are held in Nairobi, Kampala, Dar es Salaam, Mombasa, Naivasha, Kisumu, Arusha and Juba. We can also deliver courses at a location of your choice.
Accommodation
We have arrangements with good-quality accommodation providers at reasonable rates. Please book in advance and tell us your arrival date so that we can help with the reservation.
Travel and visas
Delegates must have a valid passport, a return air ticket and the appropriate visas where necessary.
